I am a Bachelor in Architectural Engineering and certified Project Director with 30 years' experience in architecture, engineering and construction, spanning architectural design, architectural conservation and restoration, interior design, urban planning, sustainable design, project management, design management, tendering, site supervision, contract management, risk management, claim management, quality management, planning, co-ordination, BIM, HSE, pre-contract stages, post-contract stages, etc.

I specialise in sustainable high-rise, hospitality, healthcare and public projects, respectively;

I have 15 years' work experience in the UAE, 12 years' experience in Europe, 1-year experience in Libya, 2 years’ experience in Aruba (Dutch Caribbean), as well as:

• 23 years' experience in Project Management;
• Vast experience in international projects located in Europe, the Middle East (UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia), Africa (Equatorial Guinea, Nigeria, DR Congo, Uganda, Ethiopia) and the Caribbean (Aruba), respectively;
• Certifications such as LEED GA, IPMA Director and extensive experienced in FIDIC contracts, HSE (Health. Safety & Environment) and Architectural Conservation and Restoration (Architectural Heritage
