The heart of the project is the void in the middle of it which starts from a green garden in the ground floor and houses vertical access. It also lets the natural light come into the open spaces which is important especially for the north wing. (North side of the building is adjacent to the neighbor and cannot have any opening)

The building is divided to 3 different zones. The departments are placed into north and south wings and have internal connection with each other through bridges and stairs inside the void. The east part which joints these two wings includes service areas and main elevators and staircases.
