This conceptual apartment complex is located on Roosevelt Island in New York City.  The design involves 2 types of units, each with duplicated modular rooms.  Meaning that one room in one unit, is exact same room in the other, but arranged differently.  When meshed together this way, the facade appears more complex and continuous.  So much so, that is is difficult to discern where an apartment ends and another one begins.
