I hold a masters of architecture from California College of the Arts (graduated May 2013), and have a bachelor’s degree in business economics in addition to more than three years of work experience in the architecture field. During my studies at CCA I've grown to appreciate design at multiple scales and contexts, from the mega/urban scale shown in my thesis project to smaller furniture scale projects. This ability to design within a wide range of scales, typologies, and contexts, taking on challenges that change from project to project, is what excites me about our field of work. From the projects I selected to include from my portfolio, I hope to show that I have a wide range of skills and interests ranging from material experimentation to larger urban theory and speculative, narrative-based projects.
