>> Tutored students (including non-architecture) for a variety of software and strategies used within the architecture field. Students would bring general questions regarding software that would ensue in weekly sessions or students would come for a single sitting with a specific question. Hosted monthly software workshops for Rhino/Grasshopper with a class of 10+.

>> Trained students through a 4 session fitness orientation program, teaching mobility, flexibility, and weight training. Other responsibilities included opening/closing gym, checking in patrons at front desk, organizing weights and other equipment, cleaning exercise machines and regularly loading/folding gym towels.

>> Revised drawing markups using Bluebeam Revu and Revit for different children’s hospital renovations in the design development phase; revisions ranged from renumbering sheets and drawings to redrawing floorplans. Would often revise markups for other projects in the construction document phase, referencing construction details from previous projects with the same client. Often drew test fits for spaces and rooms for other projects.

>> Cooperated with other interns in various design charrettes including an extensive week long charrette for the exterior of a four-story children’s hospital renovation.

>> Corrected drawings for construction documents, conducted test fits for in-line projects, drew various detail drawings for millwork and unique drywall conditions for various Sun Trust Bank branches.
>> Researched exterior design options, co-designed exterior of building, drew colored elevations, test-fits and modeled building in Revit to be rendered. Compiled elevations, test-fit, and photo-realistic renderings into package for design review hosted by the city of Hallandale Beach FL.
>> Worked with intern team on group projects for Midtown Alliance. Projects included redesigning storefronts for local restaurants and retail stores. Modeled building storefronts in Sketchup as well as sites then rendered in Vray which were then compiled into a presentation package. Worked with intern team to also rewrite storefront design guidelines for Midtown Atlanta.
