As a Director at the Warner Group Architects in Montecito, I have had the opportunity to design, permit, manage and oversee the construction of a number of estates, private residences, country clubs, restaurants, and new community developments throughout the most exclusive communities in California and abroad. I have experience working closely with our in-house interior design team to develop successful and beautiful projects that follow client budgets, exceed their expectations, and are nationally awarded and published.

At the Warner Group Architects I acted as a project designer and project manager overseeing and assisting several projects from conceptual design through permitting into the construction phase. Additionally I assisted in the production of client and county presentation drawings and renderings. Notable projects include several ground-up residences in Newport Beach and Montecito, including two on the prestigious Channel Drive next to the Four Seasons Biltmore. Additional projects include a +$50MM, eighteen villa development in Saudi Arabia.

At AB design studio I prepared redlines for drafters, drawing sets for city and county submission, responded to plan check comments, and prepared in depth 3d models of project designs. Production software included ACAD, Revit, and Sketchup. Other responsibilities included meeting with clients, captaining projects through boards of architectural reviews, and coordinating revisions with consultants. I also assisted in the organization and preparation of marketing material and building a 3d resource library within the firm as they made the transition to Revit.

I worked on a variety of architectural projects including; educational facilities, hospitals, medical facilities, office buildings, commercial & industrial facilities, private residences, multifamily residential projects, as well as government & military facilities. Additionally, I worked heavily with our marketing department managing our blog, web identity, social media, renderings, geo modeling of past projects, and developing relationships with new clients.
