This project is a renovation of an existing warehouse. The renovation will convert this building to creative office space. My intention was to explore the thinness of the tilt up facade by stretching the zone of architectural intervention. Awnings, brows, promenades, and cuts are being strategically deployed around the building to highlight the architectural moments. Attention was given to the beautiful views of the Santa Monica Mountain range via deployment of mezzanine level gardens that frame previously unseen views.
