The proposed site is located at the corner of Harrison Ave. and Wabash St. The objective was
to develop a mixed-use development at a site where an existing cta rail line is passing in the middle of the site. This presents the opportunity to develop a space where urban context is the main theme of this project. This was an opportunity to explore the means of density and incorporate multiple other amenities to address the public.
