Collaborative Projects, Houston, TX, US, Senior Designer

Implementation of two hospitality projects from schematic to construction phases under direct guidance and supervision of the design principal. These projects included the re-purpose of a historically deemed building into a high end bourbon bar- the other an initial brick and mortar flagship location for an up and coming high-end chain restaurant. Both projects were design-build and required my services in communicating design concepts and preparing highly detailed permit and shop drawings. Instruments of service were delivered using BIM software and supplemental rendering packages.

In regards to contract administration, my participation involved being on the job site with my computer and a large format printer ready to assist and clarify on any issues in regards to the intent of issued shop drawings.

Along with these projects, I have also taken part in concept design for the firm's expansion efforts and other hospitality projects that only required a brief amount of my participation.
