As a fellow traveler in the Hospitality field, like you, I want to continue to make the experience better and better all over the world. And at the same time, help the developers stay out of trouble while contributing to the enhanced experience of both the guest and the community of which the hotel is a part . The biggest challenge to the developer in these chaotic economic times is the due-diligence necessary to convince the investors that their money and confidence is well invested. A very important part of this credibility is the experience of the team of designers and builders brought together by the developer. It is in this essential area that my expertise and proven ability can seal the deal and provide the credit for the development to move forward.
As you can see in my resume and website my experience and performance is both broad and deep. Development in the next few years will probably be stronger in the East and Middle East than in the US. As you can see my experience includes work in Tokyo,Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, Singapore, Saigon, Saipan, Guam, Bangkok, Ubud, Cairo, Beirut , Abu Dhabi, Behrain,Dubai, Doha, Berlin, and Romania, as well as many cities in the United States. I know the challenges associated with development in foreign countries and have the proven skills and experience to get the job done, on time, on budget, and with a sense of pride for all envolved.
Attached is my CV. I am sending you a few other sites as well, to give you a broader view of my experience and variety of projects. Let's stay in touch and see if we can make this a Win-Win year.
