Directed pre-construction activity 8 years as a senior member of planning and development team for 65-acre historic film studio. Oversaw studio master plan, relocation of New York corporate entities to the West Coast, construction of new office buildings, parking structures, screening rooms, post production facilities, historic structures inventory, landscaping and back lot infrastructure for both on and off-lot holdings. Led all entitlement and permitting efforts including development agreement negotiations with City of LA.
