From the early days of “ideal design” and the striving for high architectural design quality, the 15 years of experience and MBA have changed the way I see architectural design.
I am now an architect who considers design a strategic and branding tool. A tool to create the right Real Estate product and brand. In this regard renewed design management from inception to completion is inevitable, which aligns the design with product positioning, brand experience and brand identity.
I have been fortunate to work with several architectural practices and developers in achieving successful projects internationally. Under my leadership the architectural design projects were delivered on time and quality with minimum 20% net profit. My project portfolio includes medium to large scale projects, yet I am keen to work on projects on any scale. Since all details are essential to the brand experience, I believe no detail is too small to be resolved.
My aim is to contribute to organizational performance by applying the MBA knowledge in areas of strategy, operation management and branding. More specifically, firstly I am keen to work with property developers in defining the optimum Real Estate products and managing the design process to deliver the brand promise. Secondly, I am keen to work with architects to streamline the design process, develop and maintain quality both in design and delivery and strengthen the brand of the architectural practice.
