Design and Engineering:

• Designed and engineered exterior façade elements including stick/silicone façades, skylights, aluminium joinery, zinc cladding sub-construction, cills, copings, louvres, aluminium/metal balustrades, and anchors.
• Created detailed shop drawings and fabrication-installation plans for all façade elements.
• Utilized Trimble 4P system for client approval and follow-up, making necessary revisions based on client feedback.

Material Management and Approval:

• Prepared material orders and gathered required documents such as certificates, technical data sheets, and test reports.
• Managed the submission of technical and samples for client approval.

Coordination and Communication:

• Coordinated with the construction site team to ensure alignment with design and installation requirements.
• Attended weekly design meetings to monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments.
