This project intends to create an immersive space to showcase ancient Daoist ideology in a contemporary way. Aiming to convey the experiential qualities of balance through the cycle of change, the space encourages its users to engage in the world of Ba Gua and Yin Yang, and to feel the Five Energies changing in progression from one to the other. By walking through separate chambers curated in a specific order, users interact with various design elements corresponding to the engergies of metal, wood, water, fire, and earth.
