I am Jasmin Yi-Chu Shih, a recent graduate of University of Pennsylvania Master in Landscape Architecture program with Bachelor of Architecture from Tamkang University. 

I am skilled in parametric façade design and analysis and I am an effective communicator among different departments. Firstly, I have many building facade working experiences as intern designer and part-time designer in Asia and one year academic experience studying and working in digital architecture at National Chiao Tung University. In these jobs, I have proven that I am a self-motivated, efficient and fast learning designer and make significant contributions. Then, based on all the basic architectural knowledge and computational skills I have learned, the two years landscape architecture study at PennDesign gives me a wider perspective and makes me become an effective communicator. In competitions or group works, I am able to deliver effective communications and integrate different perspectives from different departments, such as architecture, landscape architecture and urban planning, and work on numerous subjects and scales.
