The objective is to design a contemporary space that is warm, comfortable and calming. Reflection of light has been abstracted to lines and angles. By using color and texture, warmth will be brought into the space. Light is infinite, therefore, light will travel throughout the home through the windows and reflecting off finishes to provide light to the space. Implementing certain nature principals, recycled materials, water recycling system, wellness and other design strategies into the home will enhance the occupant’s quality of life.
