The first level of the ADU consists of a spacious living room, a kitchen, a dining area, a laundry room, and two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Each bedroom can have it's own private garden, which can be accessed through sliding glass doors. The living room, kitchen, and dining area have an open floor plan that creates a sense of spaciousness and allows natural light to enter. The first level also has a separate entrance from the main house, which enhances the privacy and security for the tenants, made for multifamily living.

The second level of the ADU is dedicated to the master suite, which occupies the entire floor. The master suite has a large bedroom, a walk-in closet, a bathroom, and a balcony. The bedroom has a vaulted ceiling and large windows that add height and brightness to the space. The walk-in closet has ample storage space and a window that provides natural ventilation. The balcony overlooks the front yard and the main house and offers a relaxing outdoor space for the master suite.

The ADU is designed with multifamily living in mind. It offers a flexible and adaptable space that can accommodate different needs and preferences of the occupants. The bedrooms also has a separate entrance from the main house, which allows for more privacy and independence. The ADU is a design that respects the diversity and individuality of the people who live in it.

The ADU is a design that balances privacy and comfort, functionality and aesthetics, and income and sustainability. It provides a comfortable and attractive living space for the homeowners and their tenants, while also increasing the value and utility of their property, satisfying our client's request of a thoughtful multifamily ADU that maximizes rental income potential.
