The project consists of 11 villas divided over 2 types, with different area for the building and the garden, located in the city of Başiskele in Kocaeli province in Turkey
My job was to:

1. Design the Villas compound Exterior and Interiors
2. Ensure that all layouts and blueprints meet the required codes and legal standards.
3. Develop the 3D Architectural Visualization of the project and provide all the necessary exterior renders.
4. Create the Catalog and the visual Identity for the project that will be spread through the advertising processes. ( check the catalog design )
5. Create easy to read digital brochures that can provide sufficient information about the complete project with a glance. ( check the brochure design )
6. Create part of the materials needed for the advertising through different social media channels.
