In it's third edition, was selected to design the Baby Girl Nursery of this Show house event, this time built in the old Borders' lot inside of Plaza Las Américas shopping mall, in San Juan, PR. It brought 6,555 people in during the month it was open to the general public.

Was selected to design one of 12 rooms (the Terrace) in a Designer's Show House, that was recreated in an empty lot inside the premises of Montehiedra Town Center (shopping mall), in San Juan, PR during the months of October and November of 2011. It was open to the general public and over 2,500 people visited the space. This event was organized by CODDI (Colegio de Diseñadores y Decoradores de Interiores de Puerto Rico), which is the entity that regulates the practice of Interior Design in Puerto Rico.
