My roles in the MRB Group are as an architectural designer and architectural visualization designer. Cooperating with other architects, my working content specifically involves 3D modeling by Revit and SketchUp in the design and construction phases, using Lumion and Photoshop to do rendering for completed and proposed projects for marketing needs, creating project sheets, and project proposal through Indesign for project bidding and organization. Governmental, transport, and civic projects are the main projects I touched in MRB Group, such as the highway department, visitor center, city hall, library, and park. Besides architectural design skills, my graphic and visualizing skills successfully help MRB illustrate different kinds of designs.

As an architectural designer and architect assistant, I attend several projects regarding K-12 and commercial buildings from the schematic design phase to the construction document phase. Drawing technical drawings by Revit, proposing design ideas, doing site visiting and rendering during the working period. The experience helps me successfully and practically improve my architectural skills, such as Revit and Lumion using. I believe I have been an expert on operating most architectural software. Additionally, through the experience and this challenge, I got a new and deeper understanding of architectural design and development process in American architectural culture, and actually learn a lot of details on building construction part, which also encourages me to be a registered architect in the following years.
