Design development of the first Rudolf Steiner School located in New York. As a thesis project, this design had a year long process of research and documentation. I performed many evaluations of the students’ activities as well as the faculty. The data gathered was graphically documented and analyzed by the faculty of the six story school, which included pre-kindergarten through sixth grade. Design development and exploration were taken from founder Rudolf Steiner's original Eurythmy movements; a spiritually encouraging exercise taught in all grades. The movements help teach students how to bring music and poetry into physical expression, for the result of learning dexterity, grace, poise, balance, and concentration.
