Proposal for a new high-end residential building in Colinas de Bello Monte, Caracas, Venezuela.

The proposal comprises 6 apartments, a gym, a social area and a car park space for a total of 2600m2.

The project requires production information on both, the initial concept design stage and the planning/tender and construction stage. Also regular client meetings and coordination meetings with engineering consultants are being held.

At present the project is on design development stage.
