South Molton Community College in the English county of Devon, is a co-educational foundation secondary school with a capacity of 620 students. The new school has an area of 5,325 sqm and the construction started in October 2016.

XS CAD provided coordinated, clash-free and installation ready drawings to the contractors of this project. Based on the 3D model provided by the client, XS CAD used Navisworks to detect clashes and created a single, coordinated model using Revit MEP.
