I am a graduate student (graduated in May 2017) from the University of Southern California (USC), with a Master degree of Architecture, and I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Japan. I am grateful for the opportunity that I have studied and worked in both East and West, which not only enriched my knowledge and cultural experience but also shaped my unique design style.
During my work experience in Los Angeles, Japan and China, I have collaborated with many others on several projects from as early as site model making and schematic design into construction documents in a dynamic team environment and it greatly improved my capacity to design complex projects and the ability to quickly master new design software. Thanks to my experience in Harrison Design, I got an opportunity of learning and practicing my skills of using Revit while making the models for several residential projects.
In addition, the experience of working in foreign countries with different social and cultural context has enriched my ability to be adaptable to the dynamic environment and able to maintain a solid and friendly relationship with coworkers and clients.
