River Street Nexus a multi-generational housing development, it’s a 10 floors steel panel and concrete structure. The design offers opportunity for unit growth to accommodate as needed, as well as decreasing of size if necessary. It features retail spaces, a market, as well as a café, and a pool on the first floor. As well as that, the building offers multiple amenities that are necessary for multigenerational housing like a physical therapy room, wood workshops, knitting workshop, yoga studio, squash courts, and many others. The River Street Nexus apartments is a human-centered space where you can grow, and form communities, as well as enjoy a from view of the Manhattan skyline.
