TICD is planning the transformation of this former Naval Station into a unique and sustainable neighborhood for the city. Based on Development Concept Plan, this document provides an overarching vision, describing the goals and design intent of the islands’ redevelopment. It also contains the design standards and guidelines that will direct all future development on both islands.
