This is a private developers holiday home on the coast of Kenya, just south of Mombasa.

The site is over 200M in length and nearly 40M wide and steps down. It is barely visible from the road and has little impact on the view out over the ocean from said road.

There are three staff houses, a guest house that sleeps 8 and the main house (shown in the image). This project was a delight to work on and visualise.
