NEXT Collection

The multifunctional complex "Next Collection", designed by Spectrum  is located in Georgia, at the coast of Green Cape. The complex design is distinguished by organic architecture that seamlessly blends with the landscape, perfectly fits the topography of the area, and creates spaces that are both functional and visually appealing.

The design embraces natural forms, materials, and patterns, fluid and organic design in order to create a building and inner spaces that are both functional and visually striking. The result is a structure that appears to have grown organically from its surrounding, rather than being imposed upon it.

Functions

The exterior of the building is characterized by organic architecture - sweeping curves and undulating shapes, creating a sense of movement and fluidity that is at once dynamic and harmonious with the surrounding landscape. The building is clad in smooth, white panels that create a sleek, futuristic look that is both elegant and modern. Inside, the building features a range of flexible, multi-functional spaces that can be used for a variety of events and activities.

The orientation, functional distribution and planning of the building takes into account the needs and interests of the residents.

Three independent wings are united by a podium wherein is presented a garden with various functions. The rooftop is designed to deliver an outstanding experience to guests. The infinity pool and overall terrace take advantage of mesmerizing panoramic views of the sea from one side and the botanical garden from another. A specialty restaurant, outdoor bar, and well-equipped pool terrace create a memorable and distinguishable space. The inner yard of the development offers terraced pools, outdoor bar, relaxation zones and children’s zone.

Context

The project is distinguished by its location. Climatic conditions favor landscape planning - a wide variety of species are selected for patios, terraces and rooftop greening. The design of the facade of the hotel is drawn out with a technical and detailed combination. The ratio of interior and exterior design is contrasted with unity, which creates a sense of balance in the overall

visual

One of the most striking features of the building is the approach to take advantage of the views and its use of natural light, which floods the interior through large windows. This creates a sense of openness and connection to the outside world that is both calming and energizing.

Biophilic Approach

All the architectural details of the building are perceived as one of the constituent parts of the environment. The colors of the exterior facade are contrasted with the tones of nature. From the balcony of the hotel there is a beautiful landscape, breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and the botanical garden, from where the vacationer can enjoy the view of the sunset.
