The ""Conventional ADU"" is typically a Product pre-designed by a GC. We do not suggest a copy / paste GC plans set. The GC Plan set was designed for anywhere- we design for some-where. The modern should not be a GC Lennar pre-copy - pre paste. Design should be for the individual client not for the random Developer-Builder.
