Live music performance theater.  The design brief was to provide iHeartMEDIA/RADIO a venue to host intimate fan events, album release listening parties, corporate events and red-carpet movie premieres.  The facility includes dressing rooms, green rooms, hospitality and VIP suites, audio and video editing suits and a fully operational radio studio.
