The shape of Manacar building provide us with an image that we can outline through a perimetral bench, that allows avoiding the leveling of all the slabs:(i) cost saving; (ii) a lane for electric and data installations for all the office; (iii) storage area; and (iv) collaboration area.

Complementing this organic silhouette, the lift core is covered with curved glass, forming a meeting space. The central main room has the option of being divided by a mobile partition and the table is formed by several flip type tables, that have CLIP´s DNA printed on their tops.

To respect privacy and the acoustics of the room, a back corridor was designed. The associate’s storage room was place there (lockers) for the purpose of reducing the amount of paper used and keeping the work spaces clean.

Between the two axis a staircase to go to the upper level was placed that works also as a stage, meeting or training area, or simply to enjoy the city´s view for a moment. Under the staircase is a LED screen that with the reception, form the first image entering CLIP.

The work spaces design includes a number of private offices dedicated to each team VPs, with glass partitions to keep privacy. The central point was designated for the engineering team and the other two points for the rest of the work teams. In the same way a bench type system was placed perpendicular to the façade to emphasize transparency and exploit the natural light.
