This retired couple decided to buy their second home in the much warmer client of Las Vegas. Their winter home was much more contemporary in style to their current home in the Mountains of Utah and they were lost. I helped them create a functional layout in their large great room by separating the areas in by function and created a color scheme that would unify the spaces and still be comfortable for the owners.
