I was inspired by Dan Flavin, who is an American minimalist artist famous for creating sculptural objects and installations from commercially available fluorescent light fixtures. In Dan’s work, color is the most important and effective tool to define space. Likewise, color is also the most critical design concept in MAD leasing office. 

To create a strong color contrast, neutral color is widely used as the base tone; and then bright color accents. The contrast of color help to divide and distinguish different zones. 
Meanwhile, the use of bright hue helps to build a vivid and alive environment. Which makes the office more popular in a typical art community.
