Our project is about the vision
for the future Bogota; and even
for the future of the other cities
in world. The name “Ex-Seed” indicates
our project theme: urban
farming and eco city. The goal
is to create a greener, healthier
and more efficient city life that
benefits everyone, and leading to
a more sustainable future to next
generations in Bogota.
In this studio, we did in-depth research
on downtown Bogota and
applying bottom-up theory to design:
City's all kinds of flows are
studied based on government ICT
data (including transportation,
river, farming, real-estate, etc.).
We put three kinds of flows into
the city data field and observe
the deformation and formation
of new pattern, which become
the city new context of our concept.
