Exterior of the building is designed in such a way as to maximize enter a building in the landscape. The shape
of the building follows the outlines of the mountains around. The decoration of the building using local materials - is
facing stone and masonry. The bulk of the glazing is oriented to the side of the Buddha.
From the main facade glazing is virtually absent, to merge with the surrounding nature is maximized.
In the process of designing a building were applied principles of energy-efficient and energy-saving design.
On the south side of the roof is possible to install solar collectors. The walls are designed with solid masonry, which
helps retain heat at night and cool during the day. Mineral wool insulation is used in the walls. On the south side of
the building a minimum number of windows that will reduce the cost of air conditioning. On sloping ground walls used
backfill soil.
The hall is designed translucent roof. Shading creates volumetric pattern of wooden bars.
Inside the building a cultural center focuses on the preservation of the historic heritage of the country. The
decoration used national ornaments.
