This summer 2014 program was a collaboration between a coalition of academies—RISD, Brown University, Pontificia Universidad Javeriana—and the city of Central Falls to revitalize an artery with public space. Its central aim was to instigate further change to the built environment from within the city. This 6-week design/build project included the construction of two open pavilions, a mural, and a constructed brick ground. I was one of two student project managers overseeing the drawing and building processes.
