• Managing corrective work using the Latista database to track and resolve deficiencies provided by inspectors and the CM team.
• Took command of the QAQC program to resolve deficiencies on a one to five open to close ratio thru the course of the process.
• Coordinating with the management team and subcontractors to attain LEED credits. Working directly with LEED consultants (e4 Inc.)
• Facilitate regular field walks with inspectors, engineers, and architects on structural, super-structure, façade, and architectural deficiencies.
• Responsible for setup and team execution of punch list reviews via Latista, including coordination with all subcontractors.
• Coordinated deliveries, truck routes, and storage areas for subcontractor’s onsite.
