The 579,400 SF mixed-use development comprises 102,600 FT² of commercial office, 28,600 FT² of commercial retail space and 429,200 FT² of residential units, including 559 market units and 27 low-end market rental units. Within the commercial space, there will be a 19,000 SF Early Childhood Development Hub, targeting LEED Gold. This project is currently under construction and will be LEED-Silver equivalent.
