The holiday retreat in Injambakkam, Chennai was designed in 2016 for Mrs. Vidhya Venugopal, business woman, philanthropist and an art enthusiast, and her fine collection of paintings from around the world. The design brief was limited to the use of monochromes, a material list of concrete, aluminum and glass. The site's proximity to the beach posed design challenges with water and sewage management and treatment.
