The facades of the building, made of natural stone, concrete, and glass, are reminiscent of snowy peaks and mountain lakes.
The central tower, "Mont Blanc," standing at 27 floors, becomes a striking feature and the main element of the city landscape. The calm architecture of the remaining five sections of the complex, each consisting of mid-rise buildings, creates a harmonious combination and complements the overall composition of the project
