This project for the most part had to do with a renovation of the first floor and building a new kitchen. The family living here consists of eight people, so a large kitchen and a breakfast area were in order. Also, all exteior finishes were replaced (new Cedar shingles, new roof, windows and doors) and an existing second floor deck/balcony was completely demolished and rebuilt.
