Education

The Grenfell-Baines School of Architecture, Preston, GB, Bachelors, Architecture

Currently, I am involved in an innovative design practice which uses and pushes the understanding of virtual and advanced technological architectural research. I am constructing a framework between flora and architecture through parametric urban design and pursuing a complex architectural system which deals with outcast urban and social issues in Manhattan, New York. The architecture is reconstructing the site of Castle Clinton by the interpretation of Jacque Derrida’s terms ‘difference and differance’ to act upon the conditions of the site through phases, portraying a monumentality corresponding to the debated between Rem Koolhass and Aldo Rossi.

- I am self disciplined with a proven track record in good attendance, passionately trying to achieve a First Class Honours Degree. Through my degree, I’ve grown to realise that biomimetics and future architectural systems are my main interests and expertise in architecture. Through the recent year, my digital drawing and CAD modelling abilities have evolved and I am continually learning and pursuing new design methods.

- A helpful and enthusiastic team leader with a professionally reputable personality, able to encourage good relationships and maintain stability within a team

- Determined to consistently improve and aspire to inspire young individuals seeking a career in design

The King's School, Chester, GB, A-Level Maths, Physics and Design Technology: Product Design

- Developed excellent knowledge of classic design and modern manufacturing techniques studying DT, especially the use of CAD and CAM to construct a logical solution productively. Also, I’ve refined my leadership skills through class discussions and group activities.

- Gained sufficient understanding in advanced mathematics after completing 6 modules including statistics and mechanics, and have good practical experience in using specialist software to capture and analyse numerical data.

- Improved teamwork and communication skills from class practical and experiments in physics, and enhanced complex knowledge in further mechanics and additional science.
