Housing complex of ten apartments , a store and a   co-work office.  Its morphology consists of two double-height boxes and a hanging bridge that connects them.

Collaboration with the architect in charge in terms of executive plans, 3d modeling and interior design details. As well as in the progress of construction, personnel management, purchase of materials, calculations and budgets.
