The design intent is to sustainably modernize the structure without compromising its history and value, as well as maximizing its existing features. The house, named "G House Alfonso", is a popular vacation rental house in the area. 

The project also includes a one storey pool house, outdoor swimming pool, and a caretakers' quarters.
