Ten World Trade is a 17 story commercial/lab office building in the Seaport District of Boston.  The building comprises approximately 600,000 GSF of office space and amenities. Working with BGI (Boston Global Investors and Sasaki Architects, VDA is currently providing full design and construction services for twelve (12) passenger elevators, two (2) service elevators and two (2) escalators. The project is being managed for VDA by Noel Herchell, Vice President – New Construction East Coast.
