The entire Urban Hybrid Use project was conceived as a program that activates not only the site but the community it aids. The diagonal views across public and private programs creates a sense of connection and generates a sense of orientation at the same time. It also helps to generate curiosity of exploring newer spaces. This facility will house a small hotel, business center, and amenities, with registration, concierge, gallery, lobby, restaurant and a grocery store at the ground level. The grocery store will operate in tandem with the hotel and the community to supply seasonal provisions to both and will have the ability to expand its size via indoor/outdoor assembly space twice a week (and for special events) for a farmer’s market.
