I have contributed to over 40 projects, engaging in various stages of completion. I initiated many of these projects and saw them through from inception to completion. This involved conducting initial site measurements, developing preliminary designs for clients, producing comprehensive construction documents, drawing architectural details, coordinating with external consultants. I was also responsible for researching equipment and material specifications, managing submissions for city approvals and corrections, overseeing corrections as needed, and securing permits for construction initiation. Throughout these processes, I have consistently served as a key liaison for clients, consultants, and municipal authorities.
