Refugees are a potentially vulnerable group especially when re-settled in a new environment. They face social isolation and stress due to lack of access to transit and language barriers. Proximity to transit serves a great opportunity for travel to local services, other neighborhoods and employment. This project focuses on connecting major transportation nodes by creating walkable linkages and creatively designed spaces for social interaction.
