I'm a student at Ontario College or Art and Design University. I'm currently majoring in Environmental Design (BDes); in other words, architecture from the lens of sustainability for all living organisms.
Design philosophies change with time, I believe right now it is most important to think of design as a major pillar of climate mitigation; my projects focus on sustainability, wellbeing and user-friendliness. I'm planning to think ahead into the future and design buildings and landscapes that reduce negative impacts on not only the environment, but also its occupants.

Environmental design is creating environments for people including architecture, urban planning, retail spaces, landscape and interior design.
In this program we learn research, analysis, design and presentation. We also learn how to take our ideas and turn them into real plans and designs. Many graduates from Environmental Design go on to graduate studies in architecture and environmental sciences.
