Jennifer Gilhoi, one of two new Associates at RSP architects, previously worked for the American Institute of Architects Minnesota. At AIA, Golhoi served as a member and liaison for numerous AIA Minnesota initiatives communicating the value of architecture to the public. She also acted as a liaison to the University of Minnesota College of Design.

At RSP Gilhoi will provide direction and support in managing RSP's corporate brand. Working alongside RSP's numerous marketing segments involved with communication, marketing, and business development initiatives. Gilhoi will also work to enhance RSP's involvement and contributions in the community in efforts such as working with the Minneapolis Riverfront Partnership and continuing RSP's work with the University of Minnesota College of Design.

RSP Architects has a profound presence at the College of Design by participating in fellowships such as the Design Democracy Fellowship. RSP also has several College of Design alumni on staff who have served as both mentors and faculty within the College. The firm is headquartered in Minneapolis and is one of the largest architectural firms in Minnesota with satellite offices in Rochester, MN and Phoenix, AZ as well as internationally in China and India.
